Mr. Graham has dedicated his career – spanning 40 years – to Lathrop & Gage. He concentrates his practice on business and finance, with a principal focus on financial and corporate transactions.
Mr. Graham assists clients with their most important corporate needs, and has notably deep experience working with banks and financial institutions. Having worked with financial institutions of varying size and scope, Mr. Graham presents unique solutions for all aspects of the credit relationship, including loan documentation, restructures, workouts, loan enforcement, and regulatory and operational matters. He also has a broad range of experience in financing for both lender and borrower, including secured and unsecured lending, construction and real estate lending, asset-based financing, and governmental and tax assisted financing.
Additionally, Mr. Graham has built his reputation as a trusted advisor by acting as outside general counsel for numerous private companies who value his insight, experience and advice on corporate and general business matters. He advises these companies in regards to their operations, coordinating and overseeing corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, employment matters, executive compensation, litigation, and other business issues.
Mr. Graham has helped shape the Corporate Team at Lathrop & Gage, and managed the Financial Institutions Department at the firm for many years. In addition, Mr. Graham is a speaker and panelist at seminars and in-house programs on financing and banking matters and other topics.
