Timo Alte studied law at the University of Würzburg where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He undertook his legal training in Düsseldorf and also a legal internship in Sydney/Australia. Timo Alte lectures trainee lawyers on corporate law for the Stuttgart Bar Association, is a member of the Working Group on Commercial and Corporate Law of the German Bar Association (DAV) and of the Corporate Law Association (VGR).

Dr. Matthias Uhl primarily offers comprehensive advice in matters relating to commercial and corporate law to nationally and internationally active, medium-sized and larger companies as well as capital market oriented companies from the chemical, facility construction, automotive, power supply, telecommunications, IT and travel catering sectors. Peter Mailänder studied law at the universities of Freiburg, Bonn, Hamburg, where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.), and at New York University. He has been admitted to the bar in New York (Attorney-at-Law) since 1994 and admitted to the bar as an attorney in Germany since 1997. He is currently a member of boards of foundations and supervisory boards and a lecturer on various corporate law topics.

Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He is currently a lecturer in private business law at the distance learning university HFH Hamburg. In addition, he is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and of supervisory boards of commercial companies.

Dr Stefan Lammel is a lawyer and managing partner at the Freiburg office of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner and a certified specialist in corporate and commercial law. His focus is also on business succession, M&A and restructuring and insolvency. He is a member of the Freiburg Bar Association’s Working Group and Corporate and Commercial Law, the Centre of Insolvency and Restructuring at the Mannheim University and speaks German and English.
