backed by federal distributions, the first issuance of a financial guaranty
insurance policy in México, the restructuring of the entire public debt of the
State of Veracruz, the implementation of the first financing to a public
financing institution, the acquisition of hotels in colonial locations, the
acquisition of industrial plants, and strategic associations involving
companies in the infrastructure and insurance sectors.
