Gudrun Hausner

Gudrun Hausner is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Munich office. As a member of the practice group IP/IT/Media, her area of activity comprises in particular data protection law, IT law and competition law. She advises national and international clients mainly in the area of IT contract law - particularly for software development and customisation contracts - on questions regarding outsourcing, cross-border data transfer and e-commerce. Gudrun Hausner represents clients in judicial proceedings and disputes with authorities.
