Gregory W. Lyons represents businesses, individuals, trustees, personal representatives, and agents acting under powers of attorney in commercial litigation and other complex disputes. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Greg represents clients in both the prosecution and defense of matters involving contract disputes, tort disputes, business conflicts, and insurance coverage.
Greg also represents clients in inheritance litigation, including will contests and trust and estate disputes throughout Wisconsin. His practice includes advising and representing trustees, personal representatives, and other fiduciaries in complicated probate and estate-related litigation.
Greg has appeared in state and federal courts in California, New York, Texas, Arizona, Oregon, Florida, Illinois, and Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice in the Wisconsin state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
