Gregg A. Steinman

Gregg Steinman focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, particularly Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He advises and represents clients on all stages of both in- and out-of-court restructurings. His experience includes the representation of corporate debtors, receivers, trustees, creditor committees and creditors. Gregg has extensive restructuring experience in a variety of fields, including energy, cryptocurrency, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications and transportation.
