Greg Lewis' business law practice focuses
on commercial transactions in energy, infrastructure and other industry
sectors, particularly joint ventures, acquisitions and financings. Greg has
assisted clients on a range of major projects including public-private
partnerships, hydro power projects, co-generation projects, purchases and sales
of wood processing and hydro-electric facilities, purchases and sales of
businesses in a variety of sectors and related financings. He is acknowledged
as a team leader and a leading commercial lawyer in British Columbia.
Greg is the Chair of the firm's Business
Department and the leader of the Public-Private Partnership Group.
Prior to going to law school, Greg was a
logistics officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, attaining the rank of Captain.
Greg was the silver medalist at Osgoode Hall Law School (1987) and a Descartes
