Grant Foster

Grant Foster is a corporate/commercial Partner and member of the Private M&A group in Vancouver. He advises clients in a wide array of industries on mergers and acquisitions, day-to-day commercial agreements, corporate governance and structuring matters, reorganizations, and debt and equity financings. Grant also advises franchisors and franchisees regarding their franchised businesses.

Grant acts for both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, and has experience completing deals in many industries, including the technology, energy and food sectors.
