Grace Wang

Grace Wang is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. She leverages her Ph.D. in electrical engineering to advocate for her clients in patent litigation in the ITC, district court, and post-grant proceedings. She also regularly performs patent validity, infringement, freedom to operate, and due diligence analyses and has experience with a wide range of technologies, including signal processing, integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, data analytics, medical devices, disease diagnostics, and network biology.
