Gordon Masson

Gordon Masson is an associate in the Tax Group. His practice focuses on advising Canadian and international clients, public and private entities, and private equity firms in relation to corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity investments, and executive compensation. In addition, Gordon advises clients regarding Canadian federal and provincial carbon charge regulation and compliance, tax credits, offset credits and investment structure.
