Gloria has more than 13 years’ experience in all areas of employment relationships, especially in collective bargaining (temporary workforce restructuring plans (“ERTEs”), collective dismissals, substantial modifications of working conditions, etc.) and representing both individuals and collectives in legal proceedings before the labour courts and in all instances. Likewise, she has been involved in significant corporate restructuring procedures, work inspections and employment-related due diligence, as well as in drafting equality plans, incentives policies and remuneration plans for senior management, among other matters.
Career
Gloria Pérez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021 Counsel for the Employment practice area. Prior to this, Gloria was the head of the Employment Law department of the Madrid office of a Spanish firm.
