Glenn S. Bacal has advised leading companies in intellectual property matters for decades and he is a co-author and co-editor of nationally recognized publications about trademark law.
He is one of two Principal Editors of the first electronic edition of Trademark Administration (published 2015), an iconic publication of the International Trademark Association (INTA). He has long been an author of the Arizona Chapter of INTA's State Trademark and Unfair Competition Law, which is updated annually.
Mr. Bacal was educated at and has received degrees from Columbia, Oxford, and UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall and Haas School of Business).
His practice encompasses both litigation and counseling in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, advertising, computer law and unfair competition. His clients are national, international and local.
