Gina Shkoukani

Gina is a member of the firm’s Private Wealth Services practice group. She focuses her practice on estate planning for high net worth clients, trust administration, and charitable planning. She has experience drafting estate plans, forming and advising various types of business entities and representing clients in trust and estate-related controversies.

Gina has successfully represented a trust fiduciary and assisted with preparing a client for a significant audit of a Federal Estate Tax Return for a one billion dollar estate. She excels at counseling clients on the benefits and risks of various possible end-of-life asset vehicles and documents.

She is a member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee and its Women's Network. She is also the Chair of Gateway Foundation's Young Professionals Board. In law school, Gina was the executive articles editor of the Journal of Law and Society.

Since 2023, Gina has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in “Trust and Estates."
