As a certified specialist in IT law, I specialise in advising on complex IT projects, drafting, reviewing and negotiating software contracts and representing clients in IT law disputes.

As a certified specialist in intellectual property, I also specialise in trademark and competition law disputes and advising on the establishment and management of trademark portfolios.

I also specialise in advising on data protection and GDPR and act as an external data protection officer.

Due to the size of the IP/IT team of experienced specialist lawyers for IT law and intellectual property law at the Freiburg office, I can also work with my colleagues on larger or short-term and labour-intensive projects at any time.
