Gerald Wiedebusch advises employers in all employment law matters, in particular in (international) corporate transactions and restructurings. He also specializes in representing clients in D&O liability litigation. Another focus is the representation of companies in matters of works constitution law and collective bargaining law, also before the Federal Labor Court.
