Gerald Herrmann

Gerald Herrmann serves as Associated Partner in POELLATH's Munich office.

He advises on national and international tax law. He specializes in advising on and structuring cross-border M&A transactions with a focus on private equity. In addition, Gerald advises national and international private equity houses, as well as German carry holders on German tax issues.

Gerald's professional strength lies, in particular, in his legal and tax training and his broad knowledge and experience base, which enables him to comprehensively advise clients on all relevant tax issues. In addition to his professional strengths, Gerald also has an excellent understanding of the economic backround.

Gerald studied law in Regensburg and Geneva (Switzerland), admitted to the bar in 2011 and joined POELLATH the same year.
