Co-Chair of the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Practice Group, Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience in all forms of advertising, such as claim substantiation, false advertising, demonstrations, guarantees, testimonials, copyright and trademark matters, as well as the negotiation and preparation of contracts dealing with media, talent, music, commercial production, agency-client contracts and licensing of third-party rights. He has a particular expertise in the application of New York State sales tax to advertising materials and has maintained a substantial involvement in the area of infomercial advertising.
