Biography

Georgia Bolduc is an associate in the Environmental Practice Group, where she specializes in a broad array of environmental issues, including both federal and state permitting for energy infrastructure projects (including cross-border projects), due diligence for renewable energy projects (particularly solar), hazardous and solid waste management (including PFAS), air emissions, wastewater discharges, natural resource issues, and zoning law.

In the permitting and compliance spaces, Georgia has deep experience on both the federal and state sides, particularly on issues that arise during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review process and in Maine’s Site Location of Development Act and Natural Resources Protection Act (NRPA) reviews. She regularly appears before federal, state, and local boards and agencies to assist clients in navigating the complex and often overlapping array of environmental and land use regulations.

Georgia’s recent areas of focus include shoreline stabilization, NRPA permitting and shoreland zoning permitting and PFAS regulation.
