George Miller

George C. Miller is a partner in the San Diego, California office of Shustak Reynolds & Partners PC. His practice centers on commercial litigation, securities arbitration, and business disputes, with a focus on matters involving the securities and financial services industry. Mr. Miller represents individuals and businesses in complex disputes, including multi‑million‑dollar claims, in arbitration forums and courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Miller handles a wide range of matters involving securities arbitration and litigation, trade secret disputes, FINRA matters, SEC and state regulatory proceedings, and other conflicts affecting financial professionals and firms. His practice also includes business and corporate litigation, employment disputes, contractual disagreements, real property litigation, and judgment enforcement proceedings.

In addition, Mr. Miller regularly advises financial advisors and registered representatives during transitions between firms, helping address regulatory and litigation considerations that may arise during those moves. He has appeared before California state and federal courts as well as arbitration and mediation forums including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), JAMS, and the AAA Arbitration Forum in matters across California and nationwide.

Mr. Miller also serves as a neutral arbitrator through FINRA’s dispute resolution forum, bringing experience with securities and commercial litigation matters to arbitration proceedings.
