Biography
George J. Gregores represents clients on business, real estate, financing and commercial matters, including the operation, management, and structure of their business, mergers, acquisitions and divestiture opportunities. His practice has a niche focus on golf course operations, acquisition, development and finance, the negotiation and documentation of professional golf tournament agreements, golf course design and management agreements, hotel use and access agreements, and private club membership plans.
Before entering private practice in 1978, he was a Staff Attorney with the Federal Trade Commission in the Los Angeles Regional Office from 1973-75 and the San Francisco Regional Office from 1975-1978. Mr. Gregores was admitted to practice in Oregon in 1973.
He earned a B.S. from the University of Oregon and a J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College. His professional activities include memberships in the American Bar Association; Multnomah County Bar Association; and the Oregon State Bar Association.
