George J. Christopoulos has more than 30 years of experience in business law. A Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney, George focuses primarily on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, taxation, business law and estate planning. He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and co-chairs the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Department.
George regularly advises clients in a variety of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation and succession planning, taxation, general corporate and real estate matters, shareholder disputes, estate planning and transactional matters.
A lecturer and speaker on a variety of business law and taxation topics, George is also the author of many articles and publications. He co-wrote the book, “Michigan Limited Liability Companies,” a publication of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education at the University of Michigan.
George holds a master of law degree in taxation and was ranked among The Best Lawyers in America®, by Woodward/White, Inc. in the area of tax law.
