Georg-René Lubinski is a partner in Corporate and Dispute resolution Law in the Frankfurt office.

Taking special interest as a legal professional in the Sino-German relations of our law firm, Mr. Lubinski is the partner in charge of managing our CHINA LEGAL DESK our Frankfurt office. This activity desk is set up to provide a permanent legal assistance and consulting system for well known mid-sized and publicly listed Chinese investors intending to establish partnerships and subsidiaries or to conduct M&A transactions in Germany. This includes handling all formalities from obtaining visas, fulfilling entry requirements and obtaining work permits all the way to official approval procedures and legal advice on local capital market regulations. In addition to his activities in Corporate law, commercial law and distribution rights he has focal points in Economic criminal law, criminal code for tax offenses, penal code for customs/tariff violations, Customs Code, EU Regulation on Air Passenger rights VO 261/2004, Legal consulting and representation in cases involving parliamentary investigation committees, Litigation and arbitration proceedings.
