Dr. Georg Greitemann is a partner at POELLATH in Frankfurt. He advises on M&A-related and venture capital-related transactions, internal restructuring and ongoing corporate law and corporate litigation matters.
His clients include companies, company founders, shareholders and their families, as well as managing directors and supervisory board members. Approximately half of his work is cross-border.
He is listed in domestic and international ranking guides for his expertise in private equity and venture capital.
Georg studied law and economics in Freiburg, Heidelberg (Ph.D., 2001), York/UK (M.Sc., 1994) and Cornell/USA (LL.M., 1998), was admitted to the bar in 2003 and joined POELLATH the same year.
