Geneviève Laliberté

Geneviève is a member of the Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Groups at the Québec City office. In intellectual property, she advises clients in both litigation and in contract matters in various fields of intellectual property law, including trademarks. As part of her practice, she also drafts and negotiates different types of contracts such as contracts for services, licensing and distribution, and participates in due diligence of intellectual property assets as part of transaction files.

In the field of life sciences, she advises clients in both regulatory and commercial fields.

Geneviève also devotes part of her practice to the area of protection of confidential information, privacy and cybersecurity. She especially provides assistance to clients in the context of data protection breaches involving personal information.
