Gemma Caprio is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial Law Group at our Montreal office. Her practice mainly focuses on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital as well as corporate finance and securities.

Gemma advises companies and institutional investors in complex local and cross-border purchase, sale, merger, financing, and restructuring transactions, with a focus in private mergers and acquisitions and a particular interest in the fields of private equity and venture capital. She also represents issuers and brokers in their financing activities, whether through prospectuses or in the form of private placements.
