As a preeminent labour and employment lawyer, Gary Rosen advises clients in all areas of employment law from the inception of the employment relationship until termination, as well as on workplace policies and procedures. He also brings his experience and knowledge to bear in traditional labour law matters such as union organizing, applications for certifications, collective bargaining and grievance arbitration. In addition, he has significant experience in commercial litigation, including class actions.
