His practice encompasses all areas of advocacy on behalf of police associations, trade unions, employee associations and individual workers, including grievance arbitrations; collective bargaining and interest arbitrations; Police Service Act discipline hearings and other professional disciplinary hearings; human rights complaints; judicial reviews and judicial inquiries; civil litigation relating to union, association, or workplace issues; trade union or association governance; matters before the Ontario Labour Relations Board; employment standards and occupational health and safety complaints; and workers' compensation appeals.
His practice also includes defamation claims related to workplace and defences to employment-related criminal and provincial offence charges.
