Gaëlle Bloret Pucci

Gaëlle Bloret-Pucci has been a partner at BCTG Avocats since 2004 and is in charge of the Intellectual Property department.

For nearly 20 years, Gaëlle has been assisting her French and international clients, both as counsel and in litigation, in all areas of intellectual property. Her areas of expertise are: trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and internet. She also assists her clients in communication law, more specifically in advertising and media, sponsorship and influence contracts. Finally, she has recognized expertise in infringement, unfair competition / parasitism actions.

Gaëlle has particular experience in the luxury goods and fashion industry, health/pharmaceuticals, sports, food processing, energy and new technologies sectors.

Highly involved in the intellectual property sector, Gaëlle is a member of INTA and APRAM.
