Gabriella S. Amato

Gabriella Amato is committed to supporting clients in Uniondale, New York, and beyond, with matters related to business and commercial litigation. Working with Harris Beach Murtha, she handles cases for clients ranging from global sectors to individual and family-owned businesses. Gabriella navigates all stages of litigation and case management, including drafting pleadings, managing motions, coordinating discovery, and performing legal research. She actively assists with depositions, appears in court hearings, bench trials, and attends pre-trial conferences.

Beyond her work in commercial litigation, Gabriella provides legal support in political and election law.

Before her tenure at Harris Beach Murtha, Gabriella gained experience in matrimonial and family law litigation and was involved in commercial zoning and land use practice.

While attending law school, Gabriella participated in the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association program, gaining valuable litigation experience. She held leadership roles in the Hofstra Law Student Bar Association and contributed as a class representative and marketing director. Additionally, her involvement in the Hofstra Youth Advocacy Clinic allowed her to advocate for minors in immigration, foster care, and parental rights cases. Fluent in Italian and conversant in Spanish, Gabriella brings multilingual skills to her practice.
