Gabriella Agostinelli

Gabriella Agostinelli is a Senior Associate Attorney at Berardi Immigration Law, where she has built her career since joining the firm in 2014. A trusted resource on business immigration matters, Gabriella spends much of her practice counseling multi-national corporations on the movement of their workforce across borders. She is also highly experienced in family-based immigration, guiding individuals and families through some of the most consequential decisions of their lives.

Gabriella was first introduced to immigration law as an intern with the International Institute of Buffalo, where she assisted the legal department on a wide range of immigration matters. That early exposure shaped the foundation of her career and her deep commitment to the people behind every case. Prior to joining Berardi Immigration Law, she practiced at one of Buffalo's largest law firms and was a recipient of a prestigious writing fellowship at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where she taught legal research and writing to first-year law students.

A third-generation Italian-American, Gabriella brings genuine warmth and cultural sensitivity to her client relationships. She understands the weight of relocating to a new country and treats every client the way she would want her own family to be treated; with care, respect, and unwavering attention. Clients consistently describe her as knowledgeable, approachable, and someone who never leaves her personality at the door.

Gabriella earned her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 2014 and graduated summa cum laude from Canisius College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences. She is admitted to practice in New York and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and serves as a Board Member for Bridges from Borders.
