Gabriel Thivierge

Gabriel Thivierge practises in our business law group, with a focus on commercial, corporate and securities law. Gabriel assists private and public companies in a wide range of transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private placements, project financings and corporate reorganizations. He also advises Canadian public companies in the mining sector on continuous disclosure obligations and other corporate and securities law matters. He has developed particular experience in the natural resources sector.
