Gabi Müllejans

Gabi Müllejans LL.M. oec. is a lawyer and local partner at Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner. Since 2024, she has been working in the intellectual property and trademark and design law practice of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner’s Cologne office. She has many years of working experience as a trademark and competition lawyer at leading, internationally oriented law firms. She worked as a lawyer specializing intellectual property law at a renowned IP boutique in Cologne for over 10 years.

Gabi is a certified specialist in intellectual property law and advises on trademark law, design law and unfair competition law. Her particular focus lies on representing clients in IP disputes in court, in the development and enforcement of national and international trademark and design strategies and in the management of international trademark portfolios. Her clients include both small and medium-sized companies located in Germany, as well as leading global companies.

Gabi studied law in Cologne with a specialization in IP, unfair competition law and antitrust law and obtained her Ph.D. in the field of procurement law. She also holds an LL.M oec degree in economic law with a focus on corporate governance from the university of Cologne.

She is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR - Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht e.V.), INTA - International Trademark Association and an active member in the Marques (Unfair Competition Task Force) associations and in the Intellectual Property Law Committee of the Cologne Bar Association.
