His experience includes corporate reorganizations, avoidance actions and other adversary litigation and contested matters, receivership proceedings in state and federal court, and the purchase and sale of assets in and out of bankruptcy. In bankruptcy cases, he represents business debtors (both individuals and entities), secured and unsecured creditors, lessors, creditors’ committees, purchasers of assets, and trustees in reorganization and liquidation bankruptcies.
