Friederike Kaltefleiter

Friederike Kaltefleiter concentrates on supporting public contracting entities and bidders in all questions of European and national public procurement law. Since 2016 already, she has been a certified public procurement law attorney.

She conceptualizes and assists in implementing legally reliable award proceedings and provides advice to the contracting entities mostly in the function of an "outsourced" legal department or entirely as their public procurement agent. Bidders obtain her legal and strategic advice throughout the entire public procurement process, too, as well as her support in submitting and enforcing promising tenders. She represents public contracting entities and bidders in review procedures before the public procurement tribunal and the public procurement divisions as well as courts of law in tort proceedings with a public procurement background.

Another focus is on the consulting and representation of public contracting entities exposed to claims for restitution of the funding bodies in connection with grant assessment notices.

Moreover, Ms. Kaltefleiter has been assisting in proceedings and under consulting assignments in the field of private building law for many years.

In addition, she is an external data protection (privacy) officer with certification of the German Technical Control Board (TÜV) (certificate: DSB-TÜV®-A34-837877-2016) and is available to our clients for all the questions relating to data protection and as external data protection officer where the companies have a corresponding obligation according to the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz / BDSG).
