$12,500,000 settlement for a Queens pedestrian who was struck by two vehicles while crossing the street on his way home from work.
$10,000,000 settlement for an asbestos abatement worker who sustained spinal fractures, disc herniations, broken ribs, and various other injuries when an unstable wall collapsed on him and his coworkers.
