Frederic Mühlenbruch

Frederic Mühlenbruch is an attorney-at-law advising clients on all aspects of patent law with a focus on contentious infringement and invalidation proceedings. A special focus of his activities lies on patent disputes regarding telecommunications technology, especially in the context of standard-essential patents, as well as medical devices. Besides his quick technical understanding, Frederic knows the ins and outs of the legal and strategical aspects of such cases.

He joined VOSSIUS in 2022, after having worked in the patent litigation department of an international law firm since he was admitted to the bar in 2016. Frederic studied law in Dusseldorf and Avignon and spend a part of his legal traineeship with the IP department of an international law firm in New York City.

In 2022, Managing IP named Frederic a “Rising Star” in patent disputes in Germany by. In 2021, he was included in the “Ones to Watch” list by Best Lawyers in cooperation with Handelsblatt.
