Dr. Patrick Certa chiefly advises clients on matters of corporate law as well as Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and corporate financing. In this context, he represents regionally, nationally as well as internationally active firms in Germany and abroad during the restructuring of companies and corporate groups as well as in the formulation and negotiation of contracts. Patrick Certa also acts as a litigator in court proceedings in the aforementioned areas of expertise.

Stephan Baur studied at the universities of Passau, Munich and Freiburg, where he also took his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He is currently a lecturer in private business law at the distance learning university HFH Hamburg. In addition, he is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and of supervisory boards of commercial companies.

Elisabeth Wyrembek studied law at the University of Tübingen and at Queen Mary University of London (LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution). She undertook her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart, with a focus on European law. Gert Brandner studied international business law at the University of Freiburg and the University of Aberdeen. Whilst studying for his doctorate (Dr. jur.), Gert Brandner was an assistant at the Department of Business law of Professor Blaurock in Freiburg. Gert Brandner is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). He is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen and at the Stuttgart Bar Association.
