Dr. Leisch is Parter at the Munich office and has been advising national and international clients on all matters relating to compliance and corporate governance for over 15 years.

In the area of compliance, the focus of his work is on the establishment of compliance management systems and internal control systems, the performance of group-wide compliance risk assessments and the implementation of processes to prevent fraud, corruption and money laundering. Dr. Leisch has also conducted numerous internal investigations for national and international clients in the areas of corruption, financial sanctions, fraud, money laundering and discrimination. Dr. Leisch's corporate law advice covers all corporate governance issues. He regularly advises management and supervisory boards on liability issues, the business judgment rule, the appointment and dismissal of board members, the drafting of articles of incorporation and bylaws, issues at the interface of corporate law and employee participation under the One-Third Participation Act and the Co-Determination Act, as well as capital market law issues such as insider trading, shareholding transparency and market manipulation. Dr. Leisch advises clients from numerous industries and regularly from the banking and financial services, real estate, healthcare, automotive, consumer goods and retail sectors.
