Dr Frank Jungfleisch is a lawyer and partner at the Freiburg office of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner. His focus is on IT law, where he advises software manufacturers and other IT companies and online agencies on IT projects, software, licence and support and distribution contracts. He further advises companies on M&A transactions, especially in relation with IT matters.
