Frank Farsaci

Frank is an insurance lawyer and has eight years’ experience in CTP, dealing with fraud matters, dual insurance, recovery issues and indemnity disputes.

What he does

Frank specialises in insurance litigation with a focus on personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents. He acts for national insurers across multiple jurisdictions such as the District Court, the Supreme Court and the Personal Injury Commission. Frank has demonstrated experience in managing catastrophic claims, matters involving complex medical causation, multi-party claims and fraud matters.

Qualifications

Frank has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Notre Dame Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University.

Life before Sparkes

Frank started his career at Allianz Insurance managing personal injury claims. Frank made the decision to practice law in 2017 and worked at Curwoods Lawyers before joining the team at Sparke Helmore Lawyers in 2018.

Life outside of Sparkes

Frank is an avid soccer fan but enjoys watching most competitive sports. Although a knee injury has ruled out playing competitively, Frank often tries to get involved in social competitions—with Basketball currently on the agenda. He also enjoys spending time with family and travelling to the rural areas of NSW.
