Frank Beitz

Dr Frank Beitz has been providing project-based legal advice and representation since 2008. He advises his clients with regard to the initiation and implementation of construction projects, the drafting and negotiation of contracts, the development of strategies to avoid legal disputes, claims management and the judicial enforcement and defence of claims. In addition to advising project developers and the public sector during construction projects, he is also a specialist in architectural law and forensic representation of clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
