"I have worked with Frank Harty for 15 years, through two different organizations. Mr. Harty has been my legal counselor through minor employment matters and complex litigations. I can say without hesitation that I know of no other better employment attorney than Mr. Harty. I trust him. I know I can count on him to keep abreast of developments in the employment law field. He is very knowledgeable and has superior speaking and writing abilities. There are a couple of things that truly impress me about Mr. Harty. Actually, there are several, but I will try to be brief. First of all, I am amazed at his ability to consume and retain legal information. When I call him, I will get advice that is relevant to what is going on in the courts. This is of great comfort to a busy professional such as myself. Second, he understands how to treat a client. I am often surprised by how quickly he returns my calls, as I am certain that he is even busier than me. I will receive phone calls from him while on the road, during a break in a trial, after work, etc. His response time is truly noteworthy. Last, but not least, Mr. Harty is wonderful to work with. He explains legal matters in understandable ways; he is easy to approach and a likeable person. He is considerate toward others, polite, and has a great sense of humor. In closing, I will say that I am very honored to have Mr. Harty on my side. In my opinion, he is one of the best lawyers in America."

"Blackwell has worked with Frank Harty for over seven years, primarily on employment law issues. However, I've also consulted Frank on a number of topics and he has referred me to other excellent attorneys in the firm. Frank's advice on employment law issues has been excellent, providing us with the information we needed to make sound decisions. He has responded quickly and has always been available to talk through the many nuances in employment law and how it might relate to our specific situations. I would recommend Frank Hearty for his expertise and for the ease of working with him."

- Brenda O'Neall-Smith (Blackwell Publishing), Ames, IA

"Mr. Frank Harty has represented the John Deere Des Moines Works on numerous legal matters for over 10 years. His broad breath of experience, attention to detail, interpersonal working relationship, and communication are strong attributes. My organization is extremely comfortable with his legal counsel and feels it is superior to what is available. Personally, I felt so strongly about the level of service received from Mr. Harty, I recommended him to my daughter, who is an attorney in a major metropolitan area with a major employer who is responsible for retaining legal services for various parts of the country. She has since retained Mr. Harty and is equally satisfied with his service, professionalism, and ability to get the job done. Mr. Harty does an excellent job of laying out the facts and providing alternatives based on his legal competency. My organization and I are extremely satisfied and confident in Mr. Harty's capabilities and have been very pleased with his results."

- James Ballard (John Deere Des Moines Works), Ankeny, IA

Frank provides sound and practical legal advice while maintaining sensitivity to individual corporate client policies. He takes all perspectives into consideration, effectively sorting through a myriad of labor laws and union contracts to provide concise and pragmatic solutions. We have been associated with Frank for many years and are very satisfied with the work he does for us, which is always completed with a great deal of integrity. I personally find him very easy to work with; he is respected in his field and deserves the honor of being named one of America's best lawyers!"

- Colleen Springer (Marshalltown Medical & Surgical Center), Marshalltown, IA

"Working with Frank over the years has kept us ahead of the curve on legal issues. His responses to our inquiries are always prompt, concise, and accurate to current law. Frank's ability to address the issues we have identified, and at the same time identify potential problems of which we were unaware, makes his service invaluable. Having the benefit of Frank's many years experience has allowed our company to focus on aggressively growing the business unencumbered by legal proceedings. Superior legal advisors don't show up on a balance sheet, but if they did, Frank Harty would be listed as one of our greatest assets - it is a pleasure to work with him."

- Neil Hyde (Hyde Telecom Partners, Inc.), Urbandale, IA

"Frank is just a great attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable in the courtroom as a litigator and at the negotiating or strategy table. He gives you clear, concise insight from a wealth of experience and options that can be executed. Frank is always timely in his interactions with our company and stays on top of all the situations until they are completely resolved."
