Franco Gadoury is a partner in the Tax Group whose main areas of practice include corporate reorganization, public and private mergers & acquisitions, cross-border financing, public offerings, and structuring commercial and tax arrangements among shareholders, partners or members of a joint venture. He also advises clients in structuring renewable energy projects. Franco is member of the Audit Committee and the ITPB Committee. He also gives courses and conferences on various taxation topics.
