Francisca Villamán earned her law degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (1998), a Master in International Taxation from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. (2011) and a Master in Taxation Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2005).
Before being a Senior Associate at Baraona Fischer Spiess, she worked at the Chilean IRS as Legal advisor for the Large National Companies Audit Unit, as Resolution Attorney for administrative revision process and Chief Legal Counsel. As well, Mrs. Villamán worked as a Tax Policies Analyst for the OCDE, Paris (2011-2012) for the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes.
