Franchizca Scipio

Franchizca Scipio joined Bollier Ciccone Stinson LLP as an associate attorney, focusing her practice on family law. She brings a fresh perspective and dedication to serving our clients’ needs.

Franchizca earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she applied her skills as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic and Children’s Rights Clinic. Her commitment to public service was further demonstrated through her role as 1L Coordinator for the Thurgood Marshall Legal Society.

Prior to joining the Firm, Franchizca cultivated a diverse legal foundation through several important roles. She worked at a local family law firm, gaining hands-on experience in case preparation and client communication. Her internships with Travis County Probate Court and the Comal County District Attorney’s Office provided valuable insights into court operations and legal procedures, complementing her academic and professional experience.

Franchizca’s academic foundation includes a B.A. in Criminal Justice from St. Mary’s University, where she graduated summa cum laude. This background, her legal education, and diverse experiences equip her with a smart, well-rounded perspective on family law matters.
