Florian Wiesner

Florian Wiesner, lawyer and notary, is managing partner of the firm. He advises project development and real estate fund companies on implementing and completing construction projects, including drafting, negotiating, and concluding construction and architect contracts, as well as warranty management. He supports clients during construction and represents them in asserting and defending construction law claims in court. Wiesner also advises on commercial leases and real estate transactions. He is a lecturer at IREBS Real Estate Academy.
