Florian Werner

Born in Pirmasens in 1973, Florian Werner studied civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering in Hamburg from 1994-1999. After several years as construction and project manager for a medium-sized foundation engineering company in Berlin and northern Germany, he came to Hamburg to study law. Mr. Werner has been a lawyer at ZENK since 2008 and a specialist in construction and architectural law since 2011.

He specializes in private construction law and advises on planning, the awarding of contracts and the execution of construction projects. He applies his technical understanding and construction site experience to great effect in drawing up the facts of case.

Mr. Werner is a member of the German Bar Association’s working group on construction and real estate law (ARGE Baurecht).
