Florian Deitel is a senior associate in the German Tax Law Practice Group as well as in the German Private Funds Group.

He advises fund managers on the structuring of private equity and private debt funds as well as investors on all aspects of tax law in connection with their investments.

He also assists clients from all sectors and industries in the resolution of tax disputes.

In addition, Florian Deitel advises on M&A transactions of domestic and foreign companies and advises national and international clients, in particular in connection with cross-border financing and restructurings.

Furthermore, Florian Deitel is a lecturer in corporate and tax law and regularly publishes articles on tax-related topics.
