Florence Bilger

Florence Bilger is partner in the Tax department of our Paris office.

She focuses her practice on the tax aspects of investments, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Florence has experience representing French and international clients in their inbound investments and restructuring transactions. She also advises French clients in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, and handling post-acquisition advice and litigation.

Before joining Reed Smith, Florence was a partner in the Tax department of Winston & Strawn. Before, she was a tax lawyer at KPMG FIDAL and at LANDWELL & Associés (PwC).
