Fernando Quicios advises funds, financial entities, and companies on their investments and divestments in Spain, particularly in restructuring and special situations, both regarding debt and equity. He has extensive experience in public and private M&A work and private equity deals. His recent work focuses on distressed PE and M&A.

Fernando joined Pérez-Llorca in 1999 and was made partner in 2006. He set up Pérez-Llorca's London office in 2015 and worked there for 5 years.
